Installing new hardware systems can be time-consuming and complex. Our Consultants can make your I.T. systems operational with expert hardware installation services. Therefore we can get your new systems up and running quickly, helping to minimise disruptions to your school and reducing the drain on your internal resources.

Installations and upgrades can be planned to suit your needs. For speed, cost and convenience, work can be undertaken during normal school hours, but if minimising disruption is important we can perform the work during school holiday periods.

When upgrading or replacing systems, our consultants are expert in performing parallel installations, with phased switchovers to minimise disruption and downtime wherever possible.

On completion our consultants will thoroughly test everything and help the school to test where necessary, and spend time to help familiarise themselves with the new solutions.

Rollout and installation services are bespoke by their very nature, but this is a typical sequence of events:

• Careful checks to find best price and delivery researched by our internal sales team
• Pre-installation survey
• Offsite and Onsite Configuration (where applicable)
• Design and installation of standard image (if required)
• Roll-out is scheduled and implemented according to pre designed plan agreed by the school
• User and Administrator training (if required)
• On-site hand holding presence when the new systems go 'live
• 30 Days Post install support
