Simple to operate, instantly adding a whole new dimension to engaging content in the classroom, by zooming in on documents, images, web pages and videos. The CleverLCD Touch Dual and Dual Plus are a range of large format interactive LCD displays designed for the rugged location of the school classroom. Choices of 4 sizes are available from 42” to 65”. All screens feature a high definition LCD display protected by a toughened 4mm glass surface. Using optical technology you can interact with the screen using your finger, supplied pen, or anything else to control the content. The unit is fitted with an all metal black bezel to enhance the protection and suitability for the classroom.

The CleverLCD Touch Dual Plus features the same high quality LCD display and also includes a powerful PC, mounted flush to the back of the panel. With a built in PC, installation and use couldn’t be simpler. Hang the LCD on the wall or mobile trolley, switch on and use. The CleverLCD Touch Dual Plus is supplied with Windows 7 Professional pre-installed, so it is ready to go out of the box. The PC features twin Athlon processors, 250Gb hard disk, 4Gb of system memory, high definition graphics card, blu-ray DVD playback and a DVD re-writer, 6-in-1 card reader, wired and wireless network. Also supplied are powerful 15W speakers and wireless keyboard and mouse.

All CleverLCD Touch products are supplied with Lynx interactive whiteboard software. This fully featured application is equipped with all the popular whiteboard tools, and is packed with content ideal for education including clipart, shapes, handwriting recognition etc. Lynx is supplied with a free upgrade licence, plus a free site licence so there are no restrictions on its use on any PC within the school. Training can be provided if required, though experienced whiteboard users will have no problems adapting to the familiar looking layout.

LCD technology offers many advantages over the traditional whiteboard/projector combination. The high definition, high contrast display ensure that children are no longer struggling to view the content of the lesson the classroom lights stay on, the blinds pulled back!
